The benefits that COMPA Industries' employees are eligible to receive will vary according to contract requirements and job location. Contingent on contract and location, many full time employees will be eligible to enroll in benefits for themselves and their qualified dependants.

All employees, regardless of contract or location, are automatically signed up for a $50,000.00 Basic Life Insurance policy and a $50,000.00 Basic Accidental Death & Dismemberment benefit at no cost to the employee.

The benefits listed below are only a summary of benefits available to eligible employees; more information will be given to applicants that are being considered for a specific position; those candidates that are hired will be provided detailed benefit information specific to their contract/location from Human Resources and the benefit providers.
